Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They serve a variety of functions, from keeping you logged in to helping us understand how the platform is being used. This Cookie Policy explains what we use, why, and how you can control it.
When you visit cryptiva.co.com, our web server may instruct your browser to store a small file on your device. As a Money Services Business subject to federal oversight, some of our cookie-based data collection serves compliance functions. Session logs, access records, and device identifiers collected through cookies may be retained as part of our record-keeping obligations under the Bank Secrecy Act. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies, when regulatory requirements change, or when our service providers change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
